Woman, Toddler Killed In Morning Wreck
(LOOGOOTEE, IN) A Daviess County car wreck claimed the life of both a woman and a toddler Monday morning.
Police say that 50-year-old Lisha Moffett and 4-year-old Rolen Wilson died when she lost control and ran into a ditch, hit a concrete culvert, flipping the car.
Both Moffett and the infant were ejected from the vehicle.
The 4-year-old, who was sitting in a booster seat in the passenger seat of the car, was taken to Daviess Community Hospital, pronounced dead upon arrival.
