I got to sleep in, Bruce (Lesa) made me breakfast in bed. Kids got to play all day. Helped Ashley with her bracelet braider, helped Bruce with his puzzle, Dillan did fine with his car, and finally got to fly my drone. Dillan went to Gabe’s for awhile, boys got their tablets, Ashley got my phone and her tablet, Dwyane danced and Bruce joined in. It was a pretty awesome day except for the kids fighting and bickering and complaining. They kept at each other and bothering each other and just wouldn’t stop. Wanted to give Lesa a break and so we headed to Denny’s, got in the lot and decided we just didn’t want to deal with the kids in a public environment, they hadn’t let up the entire way there and we knew what would happen and would rather just eat at home. I started the truck back up and we did go home, kids were gobsmacked, I made piggy pancakes and kids rode bikes. We ate dinner and I had Dillan help me with dishes and trash. Gave Lesa a break after all. Showers for all, watch old time TV: Lone Ranger, Andy Griffith, etc., not sure what station it was but the kids really liked it. Had a little trouble getting everyone in bed but we managed. What a grueling day it’s been!
