Woke up to snow on the ground. Super busy day. Took Ashley to Rural King to sell Girl Scout cookies at 10am, didn’t sell a lot of cookies, would do much better at a grocery store I think. Came home and ate lunch and we all went to Dillan’s basketball game, he is doing well, a little nervous and shooting the ball a bit hard and could use work dribbling but not bad for his first time playing. After the game Lesa figured out the cookie money and Ashley and me took it to Amanda at her house – and picked up some cookies I sold online on Facebook. Boys played/sledded in the snow, Dwyane got a sled to the face and has a pretty good mouse under his eye. Then the whole family went to Bloomington to deliver cookies to Marcie Cook, we met her new house guest Sarah, and Ashley and Eleanor sort of reconnected – it’s been a couple of years and the relationship just not there like it used to be – I could tell Ashley found it awkward. We saw their baby chickens. Said hi to Carl. Bruce face planted on their stairs, another nose bleed, second time in two days. Headed back home and since it was late I asked Lesa if she wanted to eat out, so we headed to Asian Pearl and ate dinner. Then we went to Walmart for some Valentine stuff and some grocery items. Finally home! Made everyone take a shower, we watched a little bit of TV, and we sent the kids off to bed! What a whirlwind day of going here and there for everyone – especially Ashley and me!
