Memorial Day. Very hot out. I went to Rural King, got rabbit food and chicken wire. Went to Lowe’s for lumber, wasn’t any there, shelves empty and just about everything I needed was gone, Lesa disappointed no coop construction today, seemed like I was gone a very long time just trying to get stuff. I grilled brats and veggies. Ken showed up and gave us some chickens all dressed and ready for the freezer, tried to pay him but he wouldn’t have it, they’re about ready to socialize again, we are too. After we ate, we went to Williams Bridge and to Williams Dam. Then we drove past Jiffy Treat in Bedford, insane mad house of people and cars everywhere, so we settled for Frosties. By the time we got home it was bedtime for the kids, they’re all tired!
