Took the kids to the bus stop again. We got there a few minutes late but not the last ones there. Lesa worked from home per usual. I worked all day at work, it was Sushi Thursday so I got lunch, and picked some up for the kids and then forgot it was in my lunch bag until just a little bit ago, afraid to keep it and risk getting the kids sick by eating it so I threw it in the trash. Left on time to get Ashley from basketball practice. We went to Dollar General but there was a huge line, I told Ashley I’m not waiting half an hour just for a soda and tea so we went to Phillips 66 instead – in and out. Ashley chatted all the way home. Found out Ashley and Bruce had trouble on the bus and got assigned seats for fighting. No trouble with the loggers today, they stayed off our property as far as I can tell. Lesa seemed really frustrated and at wits end with the kids and homework. I stepped up and helped Dwyane and then Bruce with homework. Ashley had homework too but doesn’t need our help most of the time. She has a group project about Georgia and she’s kind of excited about that, she’s the writer meaning she will write the finished copy for the group. Got Ashley to shower since she had practice even if it wasn’t her night. Television and bed at the kids’ respective bedtimes.
