Dillan and Dwyane started virtual school at 8:30a, Ashley at 9a. Bruce’s teacher not prepared yet so it’s up to Lesa and me to teach him, so now Bruce thinks he’s on vacation, I had to get on him all day and he tried to give Lesa a hard time, finally got him to do his math, and Lesa worked with him on vocabulary and reading. The rest of the kids did great. Lesa took PTO knowing what the day held, I tried to work but only got 6 in and to be honest not a productive 6 hours either. I spent another 3 hours tonight, started at 9 when the kids went to bed, and just finished so that helped make up for this morning. Loggers hauled the heavy equipment out and in came a bulldozer. Hopefully that frustration is about over! Will live it every day as we look at the property next to us, and expect to see a horse barn or pole barn or something built next. We just need to get on our paperwork and get that manufactured house bought before it’s too late. Television for the kids after dinner and showers and bed. Not sure whether we can call today a success or not – it sort of just was. We all survived but it was hard, we knew it would be, hoping tomorrow will be better.
