Puppy kept Lesa and me up half the night, she wouldn’t leave the wires and cables alone at Lesa’s desk, I had to wack her and she got all pissed off and decided she didn’t want to sleep by my side of the bed, crawled under and slept by Lesa’s side of the bed. This puppy is coming into her own and she has personality and she is a spitfire! We both got up before our alarms. Got the kids up and ready for school, Bruce didn’t want to eat breakfast, didn’t like our kind of cereal this morning. Got the kids to the bus stop, Dillan was virtual today. No issues today. I headed into work after, I was the first in, work was pretty much dead. Ashley called, she said she didn’t have practice, and I told her to ride the bus home with the boys. There was a snow storm on the way and almost all the people who were at work left work to beat it home. I was worried about the storm but I am still sore, worse than yesterday, and I decided I coud head out early too – well, not really early – actually I could leave on time considering I started at 7:30a. I hadn’t had lunch yet and sushi sounded really good so I decided to get some even if I had to pay full price. Stopped at the bank first and finally deposited the check for the Jeep and then got my sushi and ate it on the way home. Way to early to get the kids so I got gas and went to Dollar General to get some chocolate. By then it was close enough to wait for the kids. Picked them up and headed home, by then it was snowing really good, at least 2 inches, and the Expedition wanted to kick out the back. I was disappointed, the Suburban was a tank but the Ford seems like it’s not going to behave well in the snow, too light in the ass I guess. I might try loading down with some cinder blocks or salt or feed or something. It snowed 2.5 inches before it finally stopped. The kids were outside, even Dwyane, scared us to death but you have to let them live their life and have some fun too. The boys were so excited that they couldn’t get to sleep, they were still getting up at 10:30p and I could hear them talking late. Some of the teachers were saying they’ll be virtual tomorrow and they having sledding on their mind. We told Ashley the puppy could sleep in her room tonight so I took her in just a bit ago, maybe we’ll actually get a good night’s sleep but now I wonder if Ashley will.
