The boys woke me up way too early and I had a headache all day from not getting enough sleep. Lesa, Dillan and Bruce went to Bloomington. Lesa picked up some boxes. After lunch Lesa went grocery shopping and just after she left we got a text saying the sellers were out and we could take possession of our new house. Hopefully it we be a home, and a home that serves the Lord. After lunch Dillan went to Gabes, then they both came here. While Lesa was getting groceries I loaded up the kids new beds on the trailer, my ladders, a couple of bar stools, and our card table and chairs. When Lesa got home she packed up stuff to make tacos and we went and had our first dinner there. We took the dogs as well. Gabe wanted to go with us but we said no. The kids and dogs ran everywhere! Both were tired out once we got back home. I was worn out as well from moving the beds – 145 pounds each. Lesa is tried too I can tell – she’s getting old just like me. The reality of the move hasn’t really sunk in yet but it’s starting to – we have such a big job ahead of us! Lesa is worried I’ll have a heart attack. I smashed the taillight on my truck trying to back the trailer out; adding that to the overall moving expenses spreadsheet we have going. It’s really late and I have to get up this morning for church so I’m off to bed.
