We all slept in, kids later than Lesa and me. We totally skipped breakfast and had brunch instead. Gabe’s parents came to get him, and Dillan asked if he could spend the night at Gabe’s, so off he went to Gabe’s. Lesa went grocery shopping and took Dwyane, Bruce was on his tablet, and Ashley was in her room, so that left some quiet time for me. Ashley suggested going to the pool so I shot the idea by Lesa and she was all for it. So, when she got back from getting groceries we changed into our suits and headed toward Bloomfield pool and stayed until 6pm and then there was this huge debate about what to do for supper. We opted to try the Chinese place in Linton but it was carry out only and not a buffet so we went right next door to the Mexican place. Lesa doesn’t like the Mexican restuarant in Bloomfield, says it tastes bland, but she really liked the food in Linton. I guess we’ll go the extra miles when we want Mexican. Filled my tank at Murphy’s for the cheapest we’ve seen in a long time. Came home and it was well into the evening so the kids watched a little TV and then the boys went off to bed. Ashley did too but per the norm she coulodn’t sleep and came back down. I played a board game called Life Story and it was kind of boring because Ashley doesn’t have much life experience yet. We switched to playing War but I hate that game so Ashley got a puzzle instead. We put the puzzle together and it was missing 1 piece! I frigging hate when pieces are missing! After that, I sent Ashley back to bed and today is officially over.
