The Williams kids say the darnedest things!
Dwyane: Daddy, am I a famous dancer? Dave: You’re a good dancer and you have all the moves but I don’t think you’re famous yet. I bet someday. Dwyane: Mommy, do I got the moves? Lesa: Do you ever! You have the moves!
Ashley: Mommy, what is that delicious smell? [It was a pork roast.]
Bruce: Daddy, will Mommy be awake when we get home? Dave: Yes. Bruce: But is it late? Dave: Yes, but it’s not our bedtime yet so she’ll be awake. Why? Bruce: Cause I want to hug and kiss her.
Bruce: I want a break from daycare and church. Lesa: Sounds like you need a vacation. Bruce: Yes, a vacation.
Bruce: Daddy, can I tell you something? Dave: Sure. Bruce: I love and like you. Dave: I love and like you too!
Ashley to Bruce: I remember when you got out of the tub and was dripping wet and slipped and fell and broke your head – and you died. But then God decided to bring you back again – I don’t know why.
Bruce: Where are we going? Dave: We’re taking Dillan, Ashley and Dwyane to school and you to daycare. Bruce: The new daycare? Dave: The new daycare in the old building until they get moved into the new building. Bruce: [BIG SIGH] It’s so complicated.
