Updates

Church, Lesa stayed home, Ashley pretty in new dress, anonymous gift, security deacon; LOTS of congrats, too soon to celebrate! Hot day, filled new pool, even Lesa got in, had a great time! Ashley worked her birthday puzzle. Back to lock up church, kissed sleeping kids goodnight.

Hot sunny day, played outside all day. Went to cookout after naps. Ray, Michelle, Ellie and Stephen Hausler; Ross and Bobbie Johnson; Ron and Grace Campbell; Paul and Andrea Fries; and us! Kids had lots of fun: golf cart rides, squirt gun fights, riding bikes, running; tired out!

Friday! Still not accepting it’s over, waiting for something to get in the way, been here too many times to believe, Lesa same. Took Dillan to Noah Stinson’s. Had great time! Noah took him to Solsberry Community Center where he was tutored in reading and math. He liked it. Pizza!

Hard to get yesterday off my mind! Didn’t tell kids. Dwyane took field trip to Cascades Park, had good time, told us all about it. Yesterday Dillan and Ashley went to Huber Farm, picked strawberries, among other things. Dillan eager for strawberry shortcake tonight, appreciation?

Permanency hearing, Nicolle going to voluntarily terminate! Accepting PAVA with minor changes, Daniel wants PAVA too, July 5th is parental termination, PAVA signing, adoption follows. Close, but kids may go to school in fall as Dillan and Ashley Williams. Asian Pearl, Rural King.

Dwyane had fun on swim trip! Woke up to friend request, message from Caron Hulsey. It reads like Nicolle hasn’t been straight with family, she might actually sign them over. Absolutely all I’ve thought about today! Dare to hope it’s done! Dare to hope it begins! Sobering thought!

Dillan and Ashley swam at Jessica Smith’s, Dwyane next, excited! Picked up kids, got home, served dinner Lesa fixed (she was at vet), barely sat down Amber arrived. Ate supper, she played with kids, finished visit. Headed to Dillan’s ballgame with Ashley, Lesa stayed with babies.

Family church, I always enjoy. During song Good, Good Father Ashley said “I love you Daddy.” Made my day! Dillan loving too. Cut grass, fixed slide on swing set, cleaned/filled pool, weed-eated Lesa’s flower garden. Swam with kids but not long – too cold. Ate lasagna out on deck.

A good morning, everyone ate well. Played ’til lunch. Ellie Hausler birthday party; lots of pool time, snacks, water balloons, cake and ice cream, and opening gifts; kids had a great time! Everyone napped, even Dillan. Rained. Toy Story. Tacos for supper. Toy Story 2. Baths, bed.

Friday! Pizza! Called Chris, Gabe’s dad, Dillan’s friend, to invite Gabe over; cannot, maybe another night. Talked with neighbor Gary Flynn about getting Dillan a dirt bike, Gary works at M&E Honda and is knowledgeable. Called, paid to reserve shelter house for Dillan’s birthday.
