Second day without Lesa, everyone survived, I’m really tired. Dogs edgy and watching continuously. Kids did okay. Rained, stuck inside. Spaghetti dinner, burned garlic toast. Did dishes, laundry, trash, little kid baths. Watched Cars 2 movie. Facetime with Lesa and kids. Bedtime!
Took Lesa to Indpls. Int’l. Airport for 10a flight to Wisconsin. Her mom is not doing well. Hour delay in Indy, connecting flight cancelled in Chicago, new flight, she finally made it by 4:30p. Coming home, we had time for C3 Easter Egg Hunt, lots of candy! Taco supper. Long Read more…
Sleeping in futile. Kids excited it’s Spring Break. Bagel breakfast. Played outside, played with neighbors, rode bikes, fed animals down street, splashed in mud puddles! Played Wii. Watched Scooby-Doo, Paw Patrol, Team Umizoomi, Despicable Me, motocross racing. Baths. A good day.
Friday! Off at 2:15p. Bedford to pay water bill. Played Wii with kids. Case Conference in Shoals at 6:30p. Missed supper with family, sucks! Mom a no-show. Stephanie talked about re-unification which pissed me off. Let’s hope we’ll be at TPR again in 4 months. Back home at 9:30p.

Worked normal day. Rain since noon; kids got recess before it started. Dwyane, Bruce went to Jiffy Treat with daycare. Helped Ashley finish Leprechaun trap, she likes it. Ashley got kindergarten kite for knowing a bunch of stuff. Not much homework. We played Donkey Kong Wii game.
Parent Teacher Conference with Dwyane’s teacher Jill (Ms Jill) Kluender, his speech therapist and Head Start coordinator. He’s doing great; has made much progress. We’re pleased, so are they. Helped Ashley with Leprechaun trap. Read 2 books to her, Lesa helped Dillan do homework.
Worked 9.5 hrs, Dwyane’s Parent Teacher Conference tomorrow. Dillan’s Rainbow Umbrella art displayed at Stone Cutter’s Café! Ashley lost her loose tooth, Tooth Fairy time! Dollar General for soap, M&Ms; filled truck. Lesa’s yummy homemade lasagna! Scouts, homework, read, bedtime.
Church, Family Sunday, kids did great, Security Deacon. Arby’s lunch. Kohl’s; Easter attire; bought Ashley 2 dresses; Dillan two dress shirts/ties. After naps kids played outside until supper. Had to leave: security duties, Lesa put kids to bed, I kissed them goodnight once home.
Hitched trailer, front diff blew, stuck in mud, tore up yard, Dillan help me get out. Mother-Son Bowling! I watched kids. Lesa and Dillan had good time, she bowled 164, pizza lunch. Walmart after. Kids played outside all day. Bruce broke Dillan’s RC truck. Watched TV, baths, bed.
