Worked late all week; left earlier than usual. Got home; swing set slide had arrived; spent evening leveling swing set; kids watched. Pizza!
Rainy day; when it rains, it pours! Stephanie emailed; Nicolle’s lawyer filed motion to continue TPR; judge granted; 45 more days of limbo!
DCS lawyer phoned about testifying; subpoenaed. Church meal; Bible Study. Dwyane farts, gets up, thinks he has to poop; Ashley has headache.
Lesa registered Dillan and Ashley at Springville Elem. We all registered Dwyane at Parkview Preschool and went to Golden Corral for dinner.
Took Dillan for 6-yr physical and donuts. Met with Open Arms and DCS for 2-1/2 hours; discussed upcoming Fact Finding Hearing; never ending.
Church; Dillan disrupted class; we heard about it. Kids started painting swing set; swimming afterward. Baths to clean off paint. Bed early.
Trash with Dillan and Ashley. Recyclables, Lowe’s with Dillan. Fixed swing set. Cut grass. Dwyane ran over apple tree. Swimming. TV. Baths.
Had a good morning, day, and night. Pizza Friday. The kids truly love us! They know we love them too. They can feel our love. They’re happy!
Daycare said all kids behaved and did well today; welcome praise! Dillan went to Scout pool party; gaining confidence in social situations.
It appears Dillan reached a turning point and made the decision to claim us as Mom and Dad. Happy for him; hope he’s done wrestling with it.
