Daviess County arrest reports….
Odon Police arrested 38-eyar-old [sic] Misty H. Kelsey of Loogootee over night. She was incarcerated at 2:08-am. She’s charged with operating while intoxicated with greater than .15% blood alcohol content. Bond was set at $2000.
