[After prayer at Easter dinner yesterday.]
Dillan: Jesus died on a cross so He could take care of us.
Dave: Yes He did.
Ashley: Moms and dads take care of us too.
Dillan: Lesa and Dave take care of us too.
Ashley: Jesus gets sad when we do bad things and sometimes He gets mad but He still loves us.
Dave: That’s kind of like moms and dads and Lesa and me. We get sad and mad but still love you.
Dillan: Jesus sent us to live with you because He loves us so much.
Dave: Yes Jesus loves you so much. We love you guys so much too.
Ashley: You are like Jesus.
Dave: No we’re not but we try to live like Jesus wants us to and that’s why we let you come live with us.
Ashley: I like and love you guys so much!
Dillan: Me too!
