Got up fairly early, loaded the lawn mower on the trailer. Added the kids’ bikes and a couple of gas cans. Went to the gas station and got gas, and then we headed up to our property and I started cutting grass. Kids rode their bikes up and down the street and they had an awesome time. Lesa came up about an hour later to check and the kids were fine. Someone suggested a picnic lunch and Ashley asked if it would be okay and I said sure. So Ashley and Lesa headed home and fixed a lunch and when they got back we had a picnic in the spot where our future kitchen would be. Then I started cutting again, Lesa went back home, and the kids stayed and rode their bikes more. It started raining and I tried to cut as long as I could but eventually we had to go. Got home and got everything put away and took a shower. Played Sorry with the boys and Lesa, Dillan and Ashley played by themselves, Ashley dolls and Dillan probably Legos. After that Lesa fixed supper and I chilled some. Rained off-and-on and so we spent the night inside watching television. Showers for everyone.
