Got up and took a shower and set up for church. We ate breakfast and started kid church with music videos with motions, a couple of different ones this time and the kids all participated which was nice. Followed with a lesson, Ashley taught this week, she did a decent job. Lesa helped some. The lesson was about how God used Balaam’s donkey. Then we tried to watch the sermon online and they were having technical difficulties so we tuned into Hillcrest for a few minutes and was able to get back to our church. They had solved the problem so church as usual. Wanted to cut grass but much too wet and rained some more in the afternoon. Kids were very rowdy so we sent them out even though it was sprinkling and we let them get muddy and wet – twice! Ashley wrote a letter to Grandma Bonnie so I took her to the Post Office and she put it in the mailbox (without touching anything). The kids played all afternoon, I tried multiple times to nap but that was impossible. Lesa made supper and basically spent the night watching TV.
