Power came on about 3a but I didn’t wake, guessing from the time on the clock. Seeing on Facebook lots of people still without power so I guess we’re lucky. Worked a long ass day and so did Lesa. Kids resisting doing what we ask. Dillan was using a calculator, then Alexia, to solve his math problems. IU is letting all their hourly people go on May 17, end of the semester. Lesa had today off but sat in for that meeting. She was able to keep the kids occupied much of the day. They caught salamanders in the woods and dyed Easter eggs. Ashley called Emma and talked to her awhile. Boys were specifically told to stay out of the mud half-an-hour before dinner and then did so anyway, I had to get on them. Kids watched TV, Lesa did evening chores, I worked until boys bedtime and stopped long enough to pray, did the same for big kids, then finally got to quit for the day just after 11p. Weather got much colder.
