Everyone is home. Everyone is on each others last nerve. Lesa is yelling at kids. I’m yelling at kids. Lesa is yelling at me. I’m yelling at Lesa. Kids yelling at parents. Parents yelling back at kids. Lesa is ready to call it quits. I’ve been wondering myself. Posted earlier about starfish so kind of finding the right perspective. I knocked off work at 4p and didn’t do anything after that. Lesa took the kids to get mail. Dillan rode his dirt bike and got it buried to the frame in mud where they had logged, it was a thick clay and it had the wheels clogged and he couldn’t budge it so I had to help him drag it out, had to clean the mud off the tires just to get the wheels to turn. Bruce decided to try riding his bike in it and of course he got stuck, then his boots – I dragged his bike out and thought I might have to drag Bruce out too because he was getting stuck. Pizza and a movie night, watched The Santa Clause. Kids are getting excited about Christmas and are expecting the elf to arrive this weekend. Ashley was crying in bed, she thought she was the reason Lesa was upset and acting strange tonight (she locked herself in our bedroom and was singing Christmas carols). All the kids are worried about her but Ashley more so. I had Ashley go tell Lesa she was worried and loved her and of course Lesa hugged her as Ashley sobbed. Things were better after that, I snuggled with her and in short order I had her laughing and feeling better like I always do.
