Lesa and I both worked today. The kids had virtual school. Life sucks. Kids are stressed and tired, we are stressed and tired, everyone is at everyone else, kids don’t get along much, they start out okay and within minutes they’re at each other. The dogs are fighting each other too, Louise doesn’t seem to respect boundaries and I’m sure she’ll get bit before too long. Porter took a bite out of Switzee once and that taught her. I don’t have a problem with that but it cost me a vet bill getting Switzee stitched up. Kids were ready for the weekend, wanted to get out of school before their work was done, had a real lack of attention span. Lesa got them outside with a walk to the mailbox. I’m going to start those walks again soon I think. It was movie and pizza night, the kids watched a bunch of Buddy the Elf on the Shelf shows from some DVD. Now they’re wondering when ours will arrive. We keep telling them on the twelfth day before Christmas but Ashley looked online and thinks he should have arrived when we put the tree up. I basically worked all evening while the kids watched TV, stopped to help put them to bed, and still working but since it’s maps it doesn’t require constant attention.
