Lesa worked in the office. I worked in the office as well and dropped the kids of at daycare/daycamp on the way in. We both worked a full day. Lesa picked up kids on her way home and then began supper. I had comkmunicated with Ashley coach Kyle Coppinger about getting Ashley’s Softball trophy from him. Her team won the championship and I wanted her to get her trophy. He was going to meet me at the Middle School gym at 5p but called a few minutes before to say he couldn’t find it. I came home and Lesa just about had brauts ready to serve when Kyle texted and said he found Ashley’s trophy so I was supposed to meet him at Tieman’s 20 minutes later. I took Ashley with me, and we were on time and his wife was there and had Ashley’s trophy. Ashley likes it and theinks it’s shiney and she thinks it looks pretty. I’m happy she’s happy. Got back home and Lesa and boys had already eaten and Lesa was going on her nightly walk with the dogs. Ashley and I ate. At 7p we went to the Cullison’s and picked up a kitchen table they offered us for free. Lesa likes, me, I’m could take it or leave it. If she’s happy, I’m happy. I haven’t stayed married 40 years by doing that much differently. They’re getting ready to adopt and asked about beds and it just so happened that we had Ashley’s old loft bed in the shed and offered to them and they liked it. We were glad to help in return. We chatted for awhile and then they needed to get their kids in bed as did we. Watched a bit of TV and now all are in bed but me.
