Got up before my alarm even (8am) and everyone was already awake. The boys had been riding bikes with Damon before I even got out of bed. Lesa and Ashley cleaned up her room, the dog did have potty issues but mostly on the pads and only off of one I’m told. Lesa made me breakfast and the kids had bagels and fruit. We got ready for and went to Sunday School and the normal Worship Service. Came home and Damon wanted to spend another night, said he liked riding bikes, and the boys room “smelled like nature.” He also asked if our air conditioning was broken because we had fans going. All-in-all he was a very polite and respectful young man and we’ll remember him that way. But, he can’t spend another night because we work, and well, we just cant. So I text his dad and siad he wanted to stay and we were okay with lunch and the afternoon but then he’d have to come home. Him and Mrs. Roberts came by around 3p to get him. He did have a lot of fun and so did our boys. Vicky survived our time at church alone with Switzee and Bloom and she is doing much better: she’s used to us now, she has a semi-solid bowel movement, and she’s not so stressed. In the evening she chased Bloom who wanted nothing to do with her. Switzee still barks and/or growls at her. We went to D-Groups and she survived that time alone as well. Easy evening after that, watched a movie, Lesa went to bed first, I made the boys go as soon as the movie was over, then Ashley retired and took Vicky with her, and Dillan is watching something on TV. About to send him off to bed too and call it a night myself. On a side note, I made it with status updates a full month now and I’ll try to continue the trend but it takes a lot of work and will power to do this every night.
