Ruby, Ashley, Dwyane and Bruce all made slime first thing this morning. Ashley took Ruby on a tour of the firepit, the garage (her bike?), the rabbit hutch, the chicken coop, etc. Ruby stayed for lunch and Kurtis picked her up around 1p. I was in the kitchen all morning prepping for Greek tonight. Lesa did laundry. Dillan slept until nearly lunch. After Ruby left, we all kicked it into high gear and everyone helped clean the house. I had dinner ready by 5p; and Andrew, Rachel, and baby Eli all got here shortly after. We got the dogs settled down, had some small talk, and we had dinner. I gave a tour of the firepit as well because Andrew wanted to see it – he wants to build one as well and is looking for ideas. It was spitting snow and cold! Baby Eli was getting very fussy and so they left around 7p. The boys took showers while Ashley and I played a couple games of chess – she almost took my queen by putting my king in check – she’s getting better! After the boys took their showers we watched Disney’s Aladdin movie. Movie over meant bedtime for the boys. Ashley retired as well. Dillan stayed up until Lesa sent him to bed. Lesa read a bit before she went to bed. I watched just a bit of TV, and then this status update, and now I’m off to bed too.
