I didn’t get sh*t down as far as work is concerned. Talked to John in the morning, missed my 9:30a SCRUM meeting, spent the entire morning helping the kids with their homework. The Androids series they were watching is finished. Lesa went into work and was gone by the time the rest of us got up. She was supposed to be home by 1p but didn’t even get off until 4p. I did lunch, Bruce was supposed to help but that didn’t happen. Fixed kids and myself lunch and then back to school work. Then chores. Then play. I went outside a bit and helped Ashley with her swing, and the rope broke while she was swinging. The boys were playing with the old electric cars and big wheels, they’re bored. During all that time I got nothing done – welcome to Lesa’s world. She got home and did supper. Showers for the boys. No TV, Lesa said no screen time, so the kids read and played and complained and moaned and groaned of course but in the end they survived. I wound up working until 4a this morning and didn’t sleep at all. Sucks, I’m tired, and already have a headache.
