Got the kids ready for school, sans Dillan which was kind of weird. Made him get up the same though, and he has a busy day of virtual learning to do. The others I took to the bus stop for in-person school. Dillan is limited because of the many classroom changes he makes which increases the chance of spread, whereas the other children are in a single classroom all day which limits their chance of exposure. At least that’s the theory and thinking behind it. Boys got to wear their costumes to school and they’re excited for Halloween. It was Friday Luncheon at work, was going to bring in chili but Lesa has been sick and has had a long week with Dwyane and now Dillan so even though I initially asked if she could make some I reversed course and told her not this time, turns out there was plenty unlike the last time. Got off and no kids to pick up so I came home. It was pizza and a movie night, we watched Home Alone and the kids laughed and laughed. Afterward, we watched Deadliest Animals – turns out mosquitoes kill 2.7 million people a year which is millions more than all the other animals put together. Who knew, not this guy. Anyway kids fought and got sent to bed before it was over, their loss.
