It’s been a while and a crap ton of things have happened. I wish I was sorry for not writing, and in a way I am, but I’m not that sorry. I’ve been tired, all the time tired, a deep tired that a month of sleep won’t fix. I keep thinking I should write again for the kids’ sake so they remember all the great things that have happened – and some of the bad too, but I will just tell about today. Lesa and I went to work, work was work, and if they didn’t pay us we wouldn’t go. The kids had school, Dillan and Ashley had cross country practice after. I picked the boys up at the bus, Lesa had to go to the grocery store after work so I took the boys with me to get Dillan and Ashley from practice. We stopped at the gas station and I bought them all some sodas. Got home and the kids played a while before supper – BLTs and fries. The kids, sans Ashley, have been abusing lunch buying extras like ice cream and rice crispy bars and depleted their lunch accounts so Lesa had to put a stop on their accounts. Got the appraisal from the bank and it came in at $305,000 which is less than the selling price of $307,000. Our options are to borrow less and make up the difference, or get the sellers to lower the selling price. We opted to pay the $2,000 difference. Dillan kept challenging me all night, he’s trying to best me, but he can’t yet. Kids tried to stay up late but they have a meet tomorrow so I made them go to bed on time.
