Labor Day, no school, no work. Everyone slept in a little bit. The kids were cracking up when I started reading some of the old kid quotes. Kids very rambunctious and Lesa decided they needed exercise so after lunch we took them to Milwaukee Trail and walked to Wilson Park and back, that solved that. Took them to Jiffy Treat and stopped for milk before heading home. Dillan helped me put away tent. Ashley took care of her rabbits. Bruce and me took care of putting chickens up for Lesa. The tingling in my shoulder from 10 months ago is still there but worse – it is my entire left side – going into my head and chest and stomach and I’ve been wanting to sleep a lot lately. Lesa fixed an Indian dish with rice complete with curry and spices, Ashley and Dillan liked it, Ashley said her tongue didn’t know what to do with all the flavors, Dillan said it was good and had seconds. Proud of them for trying something new. Kids watched Descendants on TV – they were playing the series one after another.
