Everyone tired. Worked late. Annetta made Dillan write page of: I will lose my bad attitude; Bruce write page of: I will keep hands to myself; and Dwyane draw: a happy picture. Lesa unloading groceries when we got home, we helped her. Pizza and Turbo movie. Dillan went to Gabe’s.
Took kids to daycare, Lesa and I worked, busy day, went fast, tired, Lesa more tired than me. Picked up kids, Annetta and Jessica both said kids were good. No Scouts. Lesa backed Jeep into electrical box, pulled her off with truck / chains. Played Sorry and Yahtzee, kids up Read more…
Took kids to daycare, went to work, worked 9 hours. Annetta took boys to Springville Park. Lesa off early for eye exam, picked up kids after. Boys played at Gabe’s, I passed them on way home. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, veggies for dinner, kids gobbled it up. Scary TV show.
Barely made bus, Bruce no shoes, Dwyane playing with LEGOs in underwear come time to leave. Parent/teacher conferences, no big surprises except Ashley in Accelerated Program and didn’t tell us. Annetta/Jessica watched kids, took to Pizza Hut with us, whose behaved kids are these?
Lesa worn out, I’m worn out, it’s only Wednesday! Bruce field trip to Springville Fire Station, learned about equipment, etc. At daycare, Bruce took big bag of M&Ms; him, Dillan, Dwyane ate entire bag; Annetta asked me to replace. Stay-at-home evening, big kid bath/shower. No TV.
Annetta, from daycare: I smell poop. Dillan: No it’s just my feet. I didn’t wear socks.
Decent day, worked 9.5 hours, the new norm. Lesa trying to quit smoking, on Chantix; totally stressed, grouchy, irritable; understandable. We’re going to stick with Imagination Station in Oolitic, Jessica and Annetta bought it. Went to H&R Block to file taxes, left our paperwork.
Started to work, got halfway there, turned around, worked from home. Less stress, no kids, no office. Jessica said her and Annetta starting new daycare in Oolitic, will watch all our kids, transport to Springville! Ticket came in at dinner. Took Dillan to Scouts. Finished ticket.
Kids on Spring Break, stayed at daycare, sucks! Lesa stayed home. Worked. Got kids: talked to Annetta, Jenny, and Chandler about daycare closing; we’re going to be in trouble! Salmon for supper. Rusty Nut can’t work on Jeep for four weeks! Picked it up, took it to Tire ‘n’ Wheel.
Much better on time this morning. Texts from Annetta regards Bruce’s behavior, don’t know what to do, find new daycare, Kozy Kids? Miserable at work, full blown cold. Wanted to go to Walmart, Lesa needed me home to control kids. Reading and spelling with Ashley, math with Dillan.
