Took Dillan to his first guitar lesson by Ken Tussey, Dillan didn’t offer much feedback. Picked up 6 fryers, fixed up brooder coop, Rural King for supplies. Got a little rain. Dillan played at Gabe’s. Everybody fighting, Lesa and Ashley going at it, I’m the bad guy always. Baths.
Kind of slept in, hauled trash, Lowe’s for rabbit playpen materials. Tried fixing leaky shower drain, couldn’t find supplies. Started building playpen with Ashley. Cub Scout End of Summer Pool Party, Ashley invited Emma, thought she would spend night but didn’t. Everyone had fun!
Slept in, kids sitting quietly in living room, first time ever. Ashley bridged from Brownie to Junior, it was nice. Boys rode bikes and played while Lesa and Ashley ordered school cloths. Water main broke. Nicole’s, slaughtered Ken Tussey’s meat chickens. Tacos, TV, showers, bed.
Skipped church, slept until 8, kids 10. Called to make Dillan come home after lunch. Kids played inside/out, lots of fighting, made tent in Ashley’s room. Emma’s birthday swim party at John Lowery, kids had fun: rock wall, slide, diving boards; cut short by storm. Nice cool down!

Daycare and Mitchell Pool, Dillan accidentally squirted some boys, they retaliated, kids all up in arms over it. Lesa picked up kids, I had doctor appointment. Dillan had Boy Scout meeting, they retired a flag. Ashley spending night at Emma’s, called us to say goodnight and pray.
Big fight with Ashley, can’t undo words. Kids at daycare. Rained all day. Picked up kids, Lesa had dinner ready and waiting so kids could go to VBS. Bruce and Ashley acted out, wouldn’t listen, got their attention by threatening VBS, fireworks and tears! Relented. Met Emma there.
